The Jelly Queen's Mission

Founded by Chef Donna Collins, The Jelly Queens was born out of a love for sustainable food, delicious flavors and words of encouragement. The 21 time world-award winning organic, small batch, handmade, locally sourced are sponsors of World Food Championship and the founders of the World Biscuits and Jampionship. The Jelly Queens commercially manufactures organic jellies, jams, sauces, ghee, lemonade, crackers, cakes, salad dressings and scones.

Uniquely, jams, jellies and sauces are infused with beer, wine or champagne to create unique and complex flavor profiles.  The company’s growing product line is now sold in more than 50 specialty shops from Maine to California.
